YAYU-Konto löschen
Du möchtest dein YAYU-Konto und deine Daten löschen? Das geht auf zwei Wegen:
In der App: Profil > Einstellungen > Konto löschen
Ohne App: Schreib uns an support@yayu.io – von der E-Mail-Adresse deines YAYU-Kontos aus. Wir bestätigen deine Anfrage und löschen dein Konto.
Was gelöscht wird: dein Konto, dein Profil, dein Lebenslauf, deine Dokumente, Fotos und Videos, deine Chat-Nachrichten und deine Push-Einstellungen. Die Löschung erfolgt innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Was bleibt: Bewerbungen, die du bereits an ein Unternehmen geschickt hast, speichert dieses Unternehmen nach seinen eigenen Fristen (in Österreich üblicherweise bis zu 7 Monate). Daten, die wir aus gesetzlichen Gründen aufbewahren müssen, löschen wir nach Ablauf der Frist.

Delete your YAYU account
Want to delete your YAYU account and your data? There are two ways:
In the app: Profile > Settings > Delete account
Without the app: Email us at support@yayu.io from the email address of your YAYU account. We will confirm your request and delete your account.
What is deleted: your account, your profile, your CV, your documents, photos and videos, your chat messages and your push settings. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
What is kept: Applications you have already sent to a company are stored by that company according to its own retention periods (in Austria usually up to 7 months). Data we must keep for legal reasons is deleted once the legal period expires.
